How RC Travel works

One conversation. One connected journey.

The service continues beyond finding a holiday. Research, booking, preparation and support stay joined up from enquiry to return.

Personal from start to finish

A clear plan, shaped around you

You will always know what happens next, what needs your decision and what I am taking care of. Some holidays come together quickly; others deserve more conversation. Either way, you will never be left wondering where things stand.

01

The first conversation

Share the rough idea, the full wish list or simply what you need the holiday to feel like. I will ask the questions that make the research useful.

02

Research and comparison

I compare suitable suppliers, routes and complete value, including the practical details that are easy to miss in a headline price.

03

A considered recommendation

You receive a clear shortlist with the reasoning, trade-offs and any decisions that still need making.

04

Quotation and checks

Names, dates, inclusions, protection, payment terms and booking conditions are set out before you decide.

05

Booking and payment

After you accept the booking conditions and confirm that you would like to go ahead, I take care of the booking and keep you clear on when payments are due.

06

Documents and preparation

I keep track of confirmations, travel documents, updates and important dates, so you know what to expect before departure.

07

Support while you travel

You retain a clear point of contact and the supplier details needed if plans change or assistance is required.

08

Welcome home

I follow up after your return, listen to what worked and carry that knowledge into future recommendations.

Working together

A shared understanding from the start.

What I take care of

I shape the brief, research suitable holidays, explain my recommendations and remain your personal point of contact throughout.

What I need from you

You check the names and travel details, choose the option that feels right, accept the booking conditions and make payments by the agreed dates.

What suppliers provide

Airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels and other travel partners provide the services included in your holiday.

RC Travel is an affiliate of InteleTravel UK. I will explain the financial protection and booking conditions that apply before you confirm.

What you can expect

Thoughtful planning at every stage.

Before booking

A recommendation that makes sense

A clear explanation of what fits, what is included and any compromises worth thinking about.

After confirmation

The important details in hand

Clear payment dates, confirmations and travel documents, with help whenever something needs your attention.

Before departure

Calm, practical preparation

Friendly reminders and guidance so the holiday begins with confidence rather than a last-minute scramble.

After return

A relationship that remembers

What you loved—and what you would change—helps make the next conversation even more useful.

When plans change

You will not have to work it out alone.

Sometimes a flight time moves, a hotel changes something or an itinerary is adjusted. If that happens, I will find out what it means for your holiday, explain your choices clearly and help you decide what to do next.

Not every update needs to feel stressful. I will distinguish a minor change from something that needs prompt attention, contact you when your input is needed and keep the important dates and next steps clear.

If something urgent happens while you are away, use the emergency contact details supplied with your booking and let me know as soon as you can. I will help you reach the right people and understand what happens next.

Your first response

A real person from the start.

When you send an enquiry, it comes directly to me, including any offer that caught your eye. I will read what you have shared and respond personally with a helpful question or a clear suggestion for what comes next.

Begin wherever you are

You do not need every answer before we start.

A destination, a date, a feeling or a problem to solve is enough for the first conversation.
