Do I need a drinks package?
Not always. I compare the package cost with what is included in the fare and how you are likely to use it.
Is cruising suitable for families?
Yes, but the facilities, cabin layout, children's programme and dining flexibility vary substantially between ships.
How early should I book?
Popular dates and specific cabin types can sell early. Booking late may produce value, but it usually reduces choice.
